We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to lead scheduling and coordination activities for our major construction projects.
What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project
• Monitor progress and deliver critical reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
• Identify risks early and implement proactive recovery strategies
• Optimize resource allocation across all construction phases
• Prepare and evaluate delay claims, extension of time (EOT) requests, and schedule impact analyses
• Support commercial team with forensic schedule analysis and claims documentation

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• +10 years of construction planning experience on complex projects
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path analysis
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience with delay analysis techniques (Windows, Time Impact, As-Planned vs As-Built)

Preferred:

• PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent professional certification
• Experience with earned value management
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
