As a Senior Associate - Project Lead with strong experience in IT project delivery and stakeholder coordination. This role involves working closely with requestors, leading project execution efforts, aligning priorities across Agile Release Trains, and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes. The ideal candidate will operate with the ownership of a Project Manager while collaborating across agile teams to drive results.

Requirements:

• SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience applying SAFe principles in large-scale Agile environments.
• Commitment to maintaining current and relevant certifications through continuous professional development.

Preferences:

• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.
• Agile or Scrum-related certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach).
• Additional credentials demonstrating expertise in program coordination, stakeholder management, or delivery excellence.
