Job Summary

As a Project Manager (AWS) (20183), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and manage end-to-end AWS cloud projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including cloud architects, engineers, security, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Define project plans, roadmaps, risk mitigation strategies, and governance frameworks aligned with AWS best practices
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, escalate risks, and communicate status updates to executive stakeholders and clients

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management leading cloud or infrastructure transformation programs
• Strong experience managing AWS cloud migration, modernization, or platform implementation projects
• Solid understanding of AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, and cloud architecture fundamentals
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall)
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and vendor coordination
• Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
• Experience working with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives within cloud environments
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance frameworks in AWS environments
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or AWS certifications are highly preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with experience managing distributed and global teams
