Your Responsibilities
- Leadership through entire Project Life-Cycle

- Project Initiation & Scoping: Process incoming requests and tender documents for pre-qualification, translating them into clear project scopes, detailed proposals, and resource plans.
- Planning & Execution: Lead projects through all phases-initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. Define clear objectives, deliverables, and quality targets.
- Resource & Process Management: Secure necessary resources and ensure full compliance with certification processes and industry guidelines. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with maximum efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Actively monitor project performance regarding budget, schedule, and scope to ensure timely completion and financial efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Establish structured communication plans to ensure transparency, log actionable information, and facilitate a high-quality flow of information.
- Risk & Quality Management: Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies while maintaining the highest quality standards across all deliverables.
- Documentation & Tools: Maintain professional documentation and knowledge management using tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint; transform raw project data into actionable management information.
- Continuous Improvement & Growth: Conduct post-project analyses (Lessons Learned) to optimize internal processes, promote best-practice PM methods, and actively contribute to the company's future growth.
