About the job Project Manager Intern

Qiscus is an omnichannel conversational platform that helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. As the importance of real-time communication technology continually increases together with the high demands of such services, it has become essential to ensure project development from ideation to completion is delivered on time and produces the desired result. Therefore we need a dynamic and passionate individual for our project management team. Are you the one we are looking for?

What You Will Do:

• Support internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Willing to commit to the program for 6 months.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Fresh graduates or at least 3rd-year students in university are welcome to apply.
• Excellent educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
• Passionate in learning about project administration in the information technology sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Strong working knowledge of online project management tools.
• Understanding of software engineering process methodology (scrum, agile, FSD, or XP) is required.
