Project Manager (m/f/d)Location:Hamburg, Germany

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading all communications with clients and suppliers
- Contract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project and report of results to management
- Creating high added-value technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients' tenders for RFI and RFQ
- Budget reporting and cash flow submittal to accounting department to ensure financing
- Prepare and submit budget quotations/tenders
- Prepare and perform surveys and fact-finding trips related to projects hereunder port, route, and equipment
- Sourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposes
Skills, knowledge and expertise:
- Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding
- Some years' experience in project cargo freight forwarding, including breakbulk and heavy lift operations
- Deep knowledge about relevant stakeholders alongthe supply chain (clients and suppliers), as well as advanced knowledge of international logistics dynamics
- A team player attitude with a distinctive hands-on mentality
- Excellent communications skills (cross-functional and cross-cultural)
- Able to communicate in English and German, both written and verbal
- The willingness to travel on national and international business trips
