What You'll Do
Be part of our client's team as a Project Manager and take charge of ensuring smooth coordination across residential construction projects. You'll oversee system updates, maintain schedules, and streamline communication between teams-keeping every project on track and every detail in check.
Your Work Setup
Employment type: Indefinite term contract
Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Colombian Time)
Work setup: Onsite, Calle 97A, Bogotá

What You'll Bring to the Table
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in residential construction (luxury/custom project experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Buildertrend or similar platforms (Procore, CoConstruct, etc.)
- Excellent scheduling, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams and subcontractors
- Comfortable enforcing processes and ensuring compliance
- Tech-savvy and proactive in developing templates, systems, and workflows
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure employees and subcontractors regularly update Buildertrend with project data, schedules, and documentation
- Maintain and update project schedules, proactively following up with team members to meet deadlines
- Assist field staff in uploading jobsite information, drawings, and updates
- Develop standardized project workflows, templates, and checklists
- Monitor client communication through Buildertrend and flag pending approvals or decisions
- Track and report weekly on project progress, variances, and risks
- Support leadership in driving system adoption across all active projects
- Act as a communication bridge between office teams, field staff, subcontractors, and clients
