ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be part of the Live Casino team, taking ownership of end-to-end project delivery. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of projects-from idea to live studio launch. The role includes coordinating construction work, table configuration, installation of equipment (cameras, lighting, broadcasting tools), and system integration. You will lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and make sure everything works together smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of live gaming experiences in a fast-moving and innovative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Take ownership of the delivery of Live Casino projects from start to finish.
• Use a mix of structured planning (waterfall) and flexible, adaptive methods (agile) to achieve goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams with a hands-on approach and keep everyone aligned on milestones.
• Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders, including technical teams, designers, operators, and clients.
• Coordinate the end-to-end setup of live dealer studios, including design, decor delivery, table configuration, installation of studio equipment and integration with local systems
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth operation of broadcasting and game delivery.
• Deliver projects under demanding timelines while keeping quality standards high.
• Oversee projects from initiation through delivery, adapting to changes when needed.
• Identify and reduce risks to avoid delays or issues.
• Ensure all services meet company standards, policies, and KPIs.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

• At least 3 year of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Academic background in Management or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management methods.
• Experience in iGaming, Live Casino, construction projects, or technical studio setups is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of how construction work and system integration come together
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with different tools Office 365, Jira, Confluence, Team Gantt etc.)
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and people skills, able to motivate and guide teams.
• Very good organizational and time management skills.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to manage complex projects under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment where processes are still evolving.
