About the role:
BTG+ is hiring a Project Manager to join the team. We're a New York-based team serving our client with high-quality creative for spirit brands. Those with experience in managing digital content and OOH campaigns within a creative agency with some AI trainings will have an advantage.
The Project Manager is responsible for running social, programmatic, digital, and OOH projects with focus on AI. Knowledge of AI products are beneficial. You will be working alongside our account and creative teams to drive multiple projects in parallel from brief to delivery. You will work with the Project Director and Account teams to help lead and schedule projects and resources to fulfill deliverables to the highest standards. You will have a good understanding of digital and OOH disciplines and are confident working with internal and multiple external partners. You will assume responsibility for the review and approval process of creative deliverables and ensure the projects run on time and on budget.
You will need to be great with creative teams and account teams alike. Process is key. Someone who respects and understands, although creative needs freedom, it also needs to follow a framework and process to allow it to thrive. What we want to see is a proven track record of producing multiple complex projects in parallel. You should have meticulous attention to detail even with repeated briefs is essential; excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
Most important, this role requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills. We value hard work, and we want to have fun doing it!
What you will be doing:
- Internal team support as well as client facing support in the management of project details from start to completion.
- Scheduling and managing calendars, internal and external meetings.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure that content is correct and consistent.
- Assign resources and adjust timelines as necessary.
- Extract information from external stakeholders and update into proprietary tracking system.
- Monitor project progress to ensure on time completion.
- Monitor and incorporate feedback from the client and/or the internal team for continuous workflow improvement.
- Tracking budgets and managing project billing.
- Client facing with internal and external calls.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Have at least three-four years of previous experience working in digital project coordination with emphasis on Programmatic and OOH.
- Able to handle multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize workload as a self-starter.
- Excellent email management.
- Resourceful and enthusiastic, a natural problem-solver who learns quickly and responds well to changes and opportunities.
- High level customer-service skill and mindset.
- Highly organized and enjoy processes.
- Love for ai
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Creative management and ai experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Zoom and Smartsheet is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail.
