Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Enterprise AI Technical Project Manager to support cross-functional technical programs within our Enterprise AI organization.

This position is working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely delivery of enterprise-level AI and software initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, process, and people, and who can drive alignment, manage risks, and bring clarity to complex technical programs.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise AI Technical Program Manager, you will:

• Ensure engineering teams have the necessary information and clarity to deliver against goals and commitments
• Drive cross-functional alignment and manage project milestones across multiple teams
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to define and execute technical delivery plans
• Track and communicate project status, metrics, and deliverables to stakeholders on a regular basis
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and actively manage issue resolution
• Establish and maintain standards, frameworks, and tools across the organization in alignment with department-level goals
• Create and maintain clear, high-quality documentation for technical and program processes
• Act as a role model in ownership, proactivity, and accountability within the team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management, working directly with software engineers and stakeholders
• Solid experience managing infrastructure and software projects for enterprise products
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms
• Strong ability to organize complex information and produce clear, structured documentation
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
