Job Title: Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies

Requirements:
- PMP certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Expertise in Agile methodologies
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
