Job Title: Physical Readiness Project Manager / UAE NATIONAL / MALE

We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner with a valid HAAD license and a minimum of two years of experience to work as a Project Manager for holistic healthcare and physical readiness project. The role involves leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, including dietitians, physiotherapists, sports scientists, and psychologists, to deliver integrated and patient-centered services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee holistic healthcare and physical readiness projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and address operational and clinical challenges.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and health outcomes.

Requirements and Skills:

• Emirati national.
• Medical degree with a valid HAAD license.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to commute within Ajman, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, and Liwa.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in holistic healthcare, health promotion, and wellbeing.
