Job Description

At Publicis Sapient, we help our clients with their Digital Business Transformation journey. In the energy & commodities trading space, our clients are increasingly investing in the transformation of their digital estate, architecting for speed and agility in the context of the challenges and opportunities brought by the Energy Transition.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with clients and our engineering teams in the energy and commodities trading space, driving transformation by understanding business and end-customer needs and continuously deliver value through rapid release cycles and iterative feedback.

Responsibilities

Your Impact:

• Acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams for Endur and related changes, ensuring requirements are clear, testable and aligned to business outcomes.
• Provides Level 2 functional and technical support for Endur, ensuring stable day-to-day trading, accurate P&L and smooth EOD processing.
• Investigate and resolve complex Endur incidents and service requests across FO, MO, BO and Logistics.
• Perform daily health checks, EOD monitoring and validation of key control reports.
• Analyse recurring issues, raise problem records and propose sustainable fixes or enhancements.
• Support UAT and regression testing for changes impacting supported areas.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge articles, SOPs and diagnostic runbooks.
  Act as a SME contact point for business users during extended support hours.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:

• 4-7 years of Endur support experience, including EOD and trade lifecycle.
  Strong SQL and log analysis skills to trace issues across application and database.
• Good understanding of physical and/or financial commodity trading processes.
  Familiarity with ITIL processes for incidents, problems and changes.
  Strong communication skills and user-facing support experience.

• Exposure to OpenJVS/OpenComponents and basic ability to review custom code.
  Knowledge of interfaces between Endur and downstream systems (risk, finance, data warehouse).
• Experience working in a follow-the-sun support model.
