Job description

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
• Keeping an overview of ongoing projects and securing continuous follow up
• Providing overview of major tasks within the IT community
• Overseeing projects on high level with regards to budgets, deadline and progress
• Supporting the regional CIO Office with exploring and selecting tools to optimize the day to day working processes
• Building, maintaining and executing an IT communication plan
• Planning project management including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables
• Analyzing financial data including project budgets, risks and resource allocation
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes

Applicant's profile
• Completed bachelor's degree in business, administration or a related field
• Ideally three years of professional experience in a similar position in an international group environment is considered as a plus
• Project management certification (i.e. Prince 2, Scrum, PMP or equivalent) is advantageous
• Strong communication skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, any other European language (Dutch, Danish, German, etc.) is considered as a plus
• Strong attention to details and technicalities
• Excellent organizational and technical skills
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
