Inventory Management

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to support core business needs, special initiatives, and strategic priorities.
• Oversee shipments, deliveries, receipts, and store billings to maintain appropriate stock at all locations.
• Conduct analysis of reporting to identify and resolve out-of-stock or low inventory issues and provide forecasting.
• Maintain accurate and consistent data by ensuring all products, warehouse, and sales details are correct and up to date.

Sales Analysis & Forecasting

• Analyze sales trends and historical data to forecast future inventory needs.
• Collaborate with sales, account management and supply chain teams to anticipate demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Prepare in-depth presentations and present inventory and sales reports to management.

Operations & Logistics

• Coordinate with product and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Evaluate auto replenishment orders and inventory status, reporting corrections and recommendations to internal partners.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, including direct-to-store and warehouse shipments.

Merchandising Support

• Assist with planogram (POG) management and merchandising kit execution.
• Support new product introductions and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
• Partner with merchandising managers to ensure inventory aligns with promotional and fixture installs.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory evaluation reports, summarize and present to internal and external teams.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as in-stock rates, inventory turns, and delivery metrics.
• Utilize inventory management software and reporting tools to provide actionable insights.

Project Management

• Lead and support projects related to inventory optimization, process improvements, and new product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute inventory strategies for planogram resets, seasonal activities, and promotional events.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics (retail or multi-location preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: advanced presentation creation skills
  • Microsoft Excel: advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling
  • Microsoft Access: database management and reporting
  • Power BI: large data-set management, visualization and dashboard creation
  • Co-Pilot for Microsoft 365: AI-driven productivity and analysis

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale retail operations (multi-thousand store chains).
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, direct-to-store delivery models, planogram, and merchandising support.
• Project management experience in inventory or supply chain initiatives.
