ABOUT YOUR NEW JOBAs a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving the team towards enhanced efficiency and quality, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and deep team engagement. ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-To-Day Project Management & Support to overall Country Project team
- Cooperation with country project, country DTPS and group DTPS teams
- Own detailed project plan for tasks in the responsibility of country and facilitate discussion with all involved stakeholders
- Proactively anticipate project deviations and be responsible for escalating to Country Transition & Change Managers where appropriate
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting involved scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Working closely with country and group project team to manage backlog, ensure right & timely prioritization
- Coordinate and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes on country level
- Conduct formal reviews at the completion of each phase and communicate progress
- Escalated issues in a timely manner and support project teams to resolve it w/o having impact on project deliverables
- Support the coordination of local change management activities with country change managers
- Communicate project status according to agreed plan
- Follow-Up the milestones status and escalation
- Participate in regular meetings to align with Country Transition & Change Managers
- Attending Checkpoints and Go/No-Go Meetings

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Deep understanding of Scrum Guide, Agile Manifesto, and principles
- Expert at team events (sprints, planning, retrospectives)
- Strong communicator, aligns teams and stakeholders
- Encourage experimentation and learning
- Strong empathy and patience
- Create a safe space for sharing concerns and ideas
- Ability to adapt to personal, interpersonal and leadership behavior
- Very good English (spoken and written)

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate successful Agile implementations, ensuring that Safe and Scrum principles and practices are effectively applied.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, enabling high-performance and efficient delivery of team goals.
- Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Facilitate scrum events "Sprint planning, Daily standups, Sprint reviews... etc) and promote team collaboration.
- Resolve conflicts and impediments that may hinder the team's progress, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Promote transparency and alignment between the development team and product stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of priorities.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile metrics and reporting, providing valuable insights to guide decision-making and improve team performance.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure the impact of those changes on team productivity and project outcomes.
- Effective vendor engagement with the right people.
- From Idea to Delivery, the Scrum Master is focused on bringing the best of themselves to help their team have the most effective and efficient workflow.
- Work with the Team Product Manager to align key outcomes and deliverables needed for Request for Proposal (RFP) when sourcing vendors.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Min of 3 years as a Scrum Master/Agile Practitioner with a proven record of leading successful agile teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Certified ScrumMaster CSM, Safe or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies.
- Synchronize with product managers to ensure a well-prioritized backlog.
- Shield the team from distractions and interruptions that hinder the team's progress.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams to enhance performance and adopt agile practices.
- Ensuring coordination and alignment across multiple teams within the ART.
- leading effective retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly.
- Focus on fostering a people-centric approach while maintaining process integrity.
- Proven skills in change management, including the ability to overcome resistance to change and highlight future benefits to the team.
- Monitor, Track and Report regularly on team health and team maturity.
- Empowering the team to make decisions and take ownership of their work.
- Building relationships with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Identifying potential risks that could impact the delivery and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks
- Familiarity with agile tools and techniques (e.g., ADO, Jira, miro) to support project tracking and team collaboration.
