- Senior Account Manager, Client Services
Description
GPS Impact is hiring a seasonal, full-time Senior Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team. This position can be remote (pending location approval) or based in one of our physical office locations of Des Moines, IA, Kansas City, MO, Philadelphia, PA or Washington, DC. This is a seasonal position and will end on December 31, 2026.
We are a full-service public affairs and multimedia advertising agency with broad experience helping progressive candidates, advocacy groups, and organizations use integrated, strategic communications and advertising to achieve their goals. Requirements
- Coordinate internal approvals between GPS media buying/creative teams and partner/principals to ensure projects are successfully moving forward
- Coordinate client approvals on GPS materials at the project lead's discretion
- Able to analyze basic electoral and voter file data to contribute to strategic discussions
- Track delivery of media plans on multiple accounts to ensure client expectations are being met
- Work with Media Director, Managing Directors and Project Manager on a daily basis to ensure all elements of media programs are on track
- Participate in Ad-Ops calls, client calls, and planning sessions as needed
- Coordinate and assist with political verifications for ad buying platforms as needed
- Maintain shared documents, media calendars, and content for media performance
- Coordinate and/or lead other project tasks as assigned
- Draft and review ad copy for digital media plans as needed
- Assist with the presentation of media plans, reports, presentations, and other written materials as needed
- Assist with analytics data pulling as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and trustworthy with an ability to work well independently and with others
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both for internal and external communication
- Basic understanding of digital communication and digital media programs
- Desire to learn and embrace digital media tactics and planning to collaborate within a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Genuine interest in political advertising and understanding of digital media landscape
- Project coordination experience
- Experience working in Facebook Ads Manager, Excel, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Sheets Experience in political CRMs such as NGP, ActionNetwork, and ActBlue
- Experience in Asana or other project management tools
