Description

• Manage the full billing lifecycle, from analysis and invoice generation to direct customer delivery.
• Maintain excellence in customer relationships by resolving banking issues and following up on payments with professional courtesy.
• Perform monthly Flex Analysis" to identify trends and explain variances between billing periods.
• Partner with the finance team to review OPEX trends, ensuring all costs are captured and accruals are accurately recorded in journal entries.
• Work seamlessly across time zones, collaborating with our US leadership and local Malaysia team to drive process improvement.

• 5+ years of senior-level experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Financial Analysis.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to overlap with US working hours for global alignment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems; NetSuite experience is highly preferred. Exposure to SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Previous experience with US-based organizations or international financial standards.
• Ability to translate complex billing data into actionable insights for the management team.
