Your new role
Youwill act on a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolutionmatters for a diverse client base, including SMEs, high-net-worth individuals,and corporate clients. The role offers a high level of autonomy, direct clientcontact, and the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers. You will work closelywith partners on complex disputes while also managing matters independently.
• Managing complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution• Advising clients on disputes, risk management, and strategic outcomes• Drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and advices• Running mediations and negotiations and appearing in court as required• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers• Contributing to business development and client relationship management

What you'll need to succeed
• AdmittedAustralian lawyer with 5+ years PAE
• Strong backgroundin commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Experience runningmatters autonomously
• Excellentdrafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Commerciallyminded with a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to leadmatters and support the development of junior team members
