Position Summary:

Total 10 Years of experience into IT field.6 years of experience as Data Engineer using Informatica and IICS, Specializing in Data Integration, ETL, and Cloud Data Warehousing and Oracle database along with Unix shell scripting. Led the successful implementation of Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud (IICS) solutions for various clients, resulting in improved data integration and processing efficiency. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between data integration solutions and business objectives. Also worked on mainly Agile methodology.

Mandatory Skills:

• Skills/Tools: Informatica, Unix, Control M, Autosys

• Database: Snowflake, MySQL, Oracle

• Build Tools: Expertise in setting up and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines in Bitbucket and Jenkins

• Job Scheduler: Familiarity with control-M and autosys scheduling tool for ordering the Job pipeline.

• Monitoring and Logging: Skills in using monitoring tools and analysing the root cause using the logs.

• Security and Compliance: Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements

• Business Domain Knowledge: Banking (BFSI)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Extensively used ETL tool for supporting the Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading in a corporate-wide data warehouse using Informatica Power Centre 10.1/10.0.4

• experience in Informatica and IICS, Specializing in Data Integration, ETL, and Cloud Data Warehousing.

• Built and end-end Metadata driven data Quality Framework that can be utilized across different projects which consists of Metadata, Attribute and Process sheets.

• Have good knowledge on SCD type 2 logics to maintain both history and active Records.

• Have worked on Analyzing the jobs and providing RCA if issues raised post sprint Release.

• Involved in Implementation and Design Walkthrough with various teams and worked on Production Deployment on change related Activities.

• Proven Experience in delivering projects successfully through effective planning, prioritizing, team building, task scheduling and tracking scheduled tasks.

• Utilize Atlassian tools, including Jira, confluence, and Bitbucket, for project management and team collaboration.

• Involved in doing the Tech PIV and testing the functionality of the tables as part of Production Implementation

Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):

• Microsoft azure fundamentals.
