Job Description: Senior Business Analyst (Qatar)

Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Qatar

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and gap analysis sessions.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support system implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements applicable in Qatar.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems and digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools, documentation standards, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to work independently and lead junior analysts.

Preferred:

• Experience working in the Qatar or GCC region.
• Relevant professional certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
