Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm | Southport Office

We're a well-established financial planning and wealth management firm based in Southport, Queensland, seeking an experienced Senior Financial Adviser to join our team in a high-quality client review role.

This position is ideal for an adviser who enjoys building long-term relationships with sophisticated clients and delivering strategic advice through regular reviews — not chasing leads.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 80 high-value clients, predominantly wealthy individuals, providing ongoing advice and review services.

The focus of the role is to strengthen trusted relationships, ensure clients remain on track with their goals, and deliver a consistently exceptional advice experience.

While this role is not primarily focused on business development, we do value organic growth. If you bring new business on board, you'll be rewarded via our bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

Be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of ~80 clients

Conduct regular review meetings and deliver strategic, high-quality advice

Identify client needs and implement advice solutions across relevant areas

Maintain compliant and well-documented advice processes

Work closely with support staff to ensure smooth implementation and follow-up

Provide proactive service and ongoing value to a sophisticated client base

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Authorised Representative

Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills

A confident, professional approach with high-net-worth clients

A high standard of compliance, attention to detail, and best-practice advice delivery

The ability to manage a portfolio independently and consistently

Bachelor's degree qualification required
