Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious Investment Research Analyst to support our institutional wealth management team serving nonprofit organizations and high net worth individuals. The role combines rigorous investment analysis, extensive client-facing collaboration, and operational oversight. This person will play a key role in helping our institutional and individual clients make informed decisions through high-quality research, reporting, and presentation materials. 

While the position can be fully remote, the option of working in our Westport, Connecticut office is available. If fully remote, you must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in a wealth management firm working directly with advisors in investment research, consulting, or institutional client service.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and writing skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Morningstar Direct, Excel (advanced functions and reporting) and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Familiarity with alternative investments.
• Experience/exposure to manager due diligence updates.
• Confident communicator comfortable in both analytical and client-facing settings.
• Series 7 a plus but not required immediately but will be required within a year of being hired.
