Job DescriptionPosition Title: Senior IT Business Analyst
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Role Overview
The Senior IT Business Analyst plays a critical role in enabling Galadari Brothers Group's digital transformation across multiple divisions. The role involves analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for automation and AI, and translating needs into scalable technology solutions aligned with the Group's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of business systems, experience with ERP, Oracle, CRM, BI tools, and AI-based applications, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Requirement & Digital Opportunity Analysis
- Engage business units to identify challenges, gaps, and opportunities for automation or digital improvement.
- Conduct independent business requirement analysis and convert needs into functional requirements, user stories, and workflows.
- Assess AI and automation use cases to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with IT architecture and data teams to ensure integration with ERP, CRM, CDP, and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop RFPs and evaluation frameworks for AI solutions, mobile apps, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Coordinate vendor assessments, demos, and documentation.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with IT governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.
- Manage small-to-medium scale IT projects end-to-end.
- Work closely with vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and progress updates.
- Create test plans and manage system testing aligned with business and AI model requirements.
- Facilitate UAT and validate solution performance and user experience.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure successful adoption.
- Maintain BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, test cases, and enhancement documentation.
- Provide user training and support for new systems and AI-driven applications.
- Gather feedback to drive continuous improvement and solution optimization.
Required Qualifications & Skills - Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience
- 5-7 years as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, and IT Project Coordinator.
- Strong experience with ERP systems, Oracle applications, CRM, BI tools, and automation platforms.
- Exposure to AI technologies (chatbots, predictive analytics, NLP) preferred.
- Experience in large diversified groups or consulting firms is highly desirable.
