Role Summary

The Senior Project Manager oversees day-to-day project management activities under the PMC framework, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays.
• Manage change control processes and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support procurement and contractor selection processes.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• PMP certification preferred.

Experience

• 10-15 years in project management roles.
• Experience with major development or infrastructure projects.

Skills

• Project planning and coordination.
• Risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong reporting and organizational skills.
