Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager! We are seeking a Japanese-speaking professional with experience to support and grow the business of our key clients in the finance industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate project delivery for capital markets initiatives, preferably with experience in equities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements while developing and maintaining product backlogs and roadmaps
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success, facilitating cross-team communication and collaboration
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates and status reports to management

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in project management or business analysis within capital markets, particularly in equities
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformational initiatives with organizational and technological impact
• Expertise in leading and managing geographically diverse delivery teams, including collaboration with customers' distributed teams and the development of effective operating models
• Strong communication, presentation, and planning skills, complemented by exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluent in Japanese with strong proficiency in English
