Description
ECS is seeking a Senior Project Manager - EUCOM Open Source Solutions to work in our Stuttgart, Germany office.The Senior Project Manager-EUCOM Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Solutions position will support customer in Stuttgart Germany, along with components, to serve as a Commercially Available Information (CAI) and Publicly Available Information (PAI) SME on customer site. The individual will be the main on-site support for CAI/PAI and will be required to lead and manage trainings, demonstrations, and provide technical and project management support. Additionally, individual will be required to travel to support this effort. This position will assist with customer engagements, to include technical discussions about big data, analytics, and exploitation. The individual must be knowledgeable on open source intelligence methods, TTP's, and shaping the way forward in the OSINT space for the EUCOM mission set. The individual will be competent in open source research, and social media analysis to be an effective coach/mentor. As embedded support, will be responsible for coordination between multiple government organizations. This individual will be growth-minded with a focus on providing solutions to the customer and components.
- Must be a US Citizen and have an adjudicated DoD Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- A bachelor's degree plus 6 years of recent specialized experience, OR; An associate's degree plus 8 years of recent specialized experience, OR; A major certification plus 8 years of recent specialized experience, OR; 10 years of recent specialized experience
- Experience working in Department of War or Intelligence Community and affecting change to enhance security posture for the DoW.
- Experience in developing, managing, and growing projects, to include leading project teams, prioritizing lines of effort, planning, scheduling and project close out.
- Experience as a member of a team in the many components of project management, such as: financial management, program documentation, scheduling, deployment, customer service, quality control, and others.
- Experience coordinating and executing trainings, demonstrations, and on-site events.
- Experience with commercially and publicly available information and open source analysis.
- Must be IT-savvy with an innate curiosity about technology.
- Familiarity and exposure to agentic artificial intelligence and data integration projects
- Experience in performance analysis, configuration control and change requests, IT project management, software deployment, and technical support.
- Experience working seamlessly with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Must have inter-personal skills and the ability to provide over-the-shoulder support is paramount.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to brief senior leaders/stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience developing and delivering project briefs and presentations.
- Ability to obtain Sec+ Certification
- Willingness to stay in position for at least two years.
