Mountain America Federal Credit Union in Sandy, UT is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Engineer. Minimum requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related field or foreign equivalent degree, plus: 5 years of experience working in a position coding, testing, and deploying ServiceNow; 5 years of experience with administration and maintenance of a Cloud application like ServiceNow, AWS, Salesforce, or Azure; 5 years of experience in requirement gathering sessions, preparing design documents, and facilitating design review; 3 years of experience implementing ITSM and SLA processes; 2 years of experience creating transform maps to populate and synchronize CMDB and Asset Inventory; 2 years of developing and maintaining ServiceNow integrations with external systems via Integration Hub or custom APIs; and a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate.
