Your new role

As AVP-level Senior Developer, you will work closely with traders and quantitative teams to design, develop, and enhance pricing and risk functionality used in live trading environments. You will be responsible for hands-on development in C++, SQL optimisation, prototyping pricing ideas, and delivering new features from requirement gathering through to production.
You will also play a key role in troubleshooting live issues, improving the production stack, and contributing to the team's technical direction through code reviews and design discussions.

What you'll need to succeed

- Solid experience in any modern programming language (e.g., C++, Java, C#, Python, Go)
- Strong development and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with Front Office users in English
- Ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

Technical requirements:
Want to develop expertise in C++ development
Strong proficiency with MS-SQL
Experience with .NET, Python, or other scripting languages
Ability to prototype logic using Excel
Knowledge of fixed income products, derivatives, or pricing models is highly advantageous.
Prior experience supporting traders or working in Front Office technology is a strong plus.
