We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Strategic Business Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

• Develop and implement governance policies, standards, and procedures for data management, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives
• Monitor and audit program health, identifying risks and issues; lead corrective actions to maintain compliance
• Provide accurate reporting on governance metrics, compliance status, and control effectiveness to senior leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce quality controls and foster a culture of accountability
• Navigate regional regulatory nuances to balance global & local compliance needs

To be successful you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Compliance, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., CGEIT, CRISC) is a plus
• Solid experience in governance, risk management, or compliance, particularly in a managerial role
• Expertise in developing and implementing governance frameworks for data or technology initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to monitor program health and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing governance teams
• Familiarity with regional compliance requirements in the Asia and Middle East regions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
