Job Description
Your role as a Software Implementation Project Manager will be the subject matter expert on Handoff to Delivery and to drive operational excellence for Midwest zone service delivery. You will be responsible for the E2E process from presale, order booking and invoicing/rev recognition and the facilitator between Sales and District Service Directors to validate opportunities booked, capture demand requirements, and review a project for technical accuracy.
Your role:
- Assist project managers with multiple projects, analyzing forecasts, maintaining key dates, and managing risks.
- Facilitate daily management for the Midwest zone, ensuring standardization, preparing agendas, documenting meetings, and updating dashboards.
- Coordinate with sales and project teams to set up new projects, handle missing presales assets, and lead daily presales meetings.
- Identify and optimize processes for better productivity, assist in deploying the PSA system, and provide technical support during go-live.
- Oversee order management activities, document and track meeting actions, and ensure timely project delivery and performance improvement.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years' of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations and proficiency with project management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude, demonstrating a willingness to assist multiple teams.
- The applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role (including internal transfers from a non-CPM/CDM role). PMI certification obtainment is required within a specific time period of an employee's start date in the CPM/CDM role. This time period is defined by the role/level and will be documented in the employment offer
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is a Field role based in the Rocky Mountain Zone.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in UT, ID, MT, NE, and SD is $84,000 to $133,000 annually.
The pay range for this position in CO, WY, ND and NV is $88,000 to $140,000 annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the Rocky Mountain Zone.
