Job Description
Team & Process Leadership:

• Guiding a cross-functional team of developers to deliver project success.
• Ensure teams follow the most effective methodologies and technologies for development
• Serving as the main point of contact between the development team, stakeholders, clients, and other departments.

Project & Technical Management:

• Manage technical projects including resource planning, timelines, and team coordination.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable tasks and ensure appropriate technology is applied.

Software & Systems Oversight:

• Support implementation and tracking of software systems for ticketing, spending, attendee management, and websites.
• Follow up on all existing software solutions to ensure alignment with operational needs.
• Maintain and improve technical frameworks, platforms, and tools used across the organization.
• Build, configure, and integrate computer systems, software, and hardware for enterprise-wide applications
• Ensuring projects meet quality standards through testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting.

• identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project's success.

ERP Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and integrations within the ERP system to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between the ERP system and other enterprise applications (e.g., HR, Finance, CRM, or Inventory).
• Identify and resolve system errors, performance bottlenecks, and technical issues promptly.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience 3 years in software principles, development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
3. Proven track record of managing software teams and delivering successful projects across varied domains.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide technical teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
5. High adaptability and resilience to respond to the evolving needs of the tech and software landscape.
6. Excellent analytical thinking and technical planning abilities.
