About the Role
As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical architecture of the program, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals and enterprise standards. You will engage closely with the Program Manager, CIO, Product Owners, ICT operations teams and external vendors to design and guide the delivery of modern, cloud-based solutions.

This is a hands-on, influential role where you will translate business requirements into technical designs, oversee solution delivery, and drive best practice across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design across Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure
• Review and interpret Business Requirements to create cohesive, future-ready technical solutions
• Develop architecture artefacts including solution designs, integration patterns, data models, and system diagrams
• Work with internal ICT teams and external vendors to ensure architecture quality and alignment
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across agile delivery teams
• Contribute to the strategic direction of technology investments and enterprise architecture

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in solution/technical architecture within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise across the Microsoft technology stack (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)
• Proven ability to design and govern complex, integrated cloud solutions
• Experience working with large delivery partners and managing multi-vendor environments
• Strong documentation, modelling, and architectural governance capability
• Public Sector experience is essential
