We are partnered with a digital asset management firm for a Senior Project Manager / UI/UX Designer. You will play a critical role in managing the delivery of institutional trading dashboards for the web3 institutional platform. Your expertise will bridge project management and design, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and design of trading dashboards with a focus on UI/UX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate on and off-chain data into intuitive interfaces.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet strategic objectives.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders by effectively communicating project progress and challenges.
• Utilize both design and technical skills to enhance user engagement and functionality.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in project management within digital asset management environments.
• 3-5 years of related blockchain, exchange, or brokerage experience.
• Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Familiarity with dashboard design and decentralized finance (DeFi) products.
• Proficient in managing data integration from various sources, including on and off-chain.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
