What You'll Do:

Join a global engineering organization responsible for building and scaling world-class infrastructure that powers cutting-edge technology initiatives. As a Technical Project Manager, you will coordinate complex projects, streamline delivery processes, and ensure seamless collaboration across highly technical teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and leading project meetings, managing agendas, notes, and action items
• Maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Communicating project progress clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Coordinating with engineers, technology leaders, and operational teams to keep initiatives on track
• Managing collaboration with external vendors when required
• Identifying and resolving project roadblocks and dependencies
• Taking ownership of tasks that fall between teams and ensuring progress continues
• Building scalable workflows and processes for high-priority initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency
• Developing strong working relationships to become a trusted resource for project coordination and delivery

About You:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
• 8+ years coordinating projects across cross-functional and cross-hierarchical teams
• Strong experience organizing meetings, documenting outcomes, and tracking project progress
• Confident communicator who is comfortable presenting updates and facilitating discussions
• Ability to hold peers accountable professionally and constructively
• Naturally curious with the ability to quickly learn new technical concepts
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or GitHub is a plus
• Experience working with vendors or external partners is preferred
• Highly professional with strong written and verbal communication skills
