Your Part in this Growth Story:
In this role you will be contributing your knowledge and ideas to help our Professional Services team with implementation projects of Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC) family of products. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery to clients, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
This is a hybrid position - 3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote - and will report to the EMEA Director of Professional Services.
Your Impact on The Organization:
Project Planning & Execution
- Create, maintain, and communicate project and communication plans and processes.
- Plan, communicate, and execute kick-off meetings with clients and internal resources.
- Support and carry out the defined Project Plan in terms of resource and budget.
- Maintain project timeframes, budgets, and status reports.
- Manage project tasks and their individual assignees to ensure completion within allotted time.
- Manage the project budget, reporting on progress and expenditures.
- Manage project scope, triggering and carrying out the change control process as needed.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Support the definition and communication of project responsibilities with stakeholders (sponsors, clients, technical staff, etc.).
- Coordinate meetings among team members and multiple stakeholders, documenting decisions and action items.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Understand client needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels; address concerns promptly.
Risk Management & Process Improvement
- Identify potential risks associated with service delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement best practices to promote overall service delivery capabilities.
- Understand and support management in resource management adjustments to align with the Professional Services project pipeline.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
Experience & Professional Background
- 5+ years of experience managing software development and implementation projects in complex environments and mid-to-large companies.
- Proven track record delivering medium-sized projects on time and within budget.
Project Management Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of the Project Management discipline.
- Strong knowledge of MS Project and MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Solid knowledge in resource management and resource forecasting.
- Ability to manage multiple service delivery projects concurrently.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Native-level proficiency in German or French is highly valued.
- Excellent facilitator and team leader with a collaborative approach.
- Superior customer service attitude with a professional, courteous, and objective demeanor.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Personal Attributes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to act promptly across multiple project events.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred Technical Knowledge (Plus)
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of RDBMS, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, programming languages, communication protocols, and networking.
