Validation Project Manager- Availability to Travel to MexicoYour role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in a customer-facing technical role focused on filtration validation within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sterilizing filtration validation, particularly within companies that manufacture injectable products.
Key responsibilities include managing validation testing on customer products and overseeing a portfolio of customer projects. The role requires designing, conducting, and reporting study results to external biotech and pharmaceutical clients, while serving as a technical resource for filtration process validation. Testing activities encompass bacterial retention, filter integrity, chemical compatibility, and extractables & leachables assessments.
The candidate will interface with a diverse global team in a fast-paced services environment, providing technical consultancy and guidance to adapt service scopes to specific customer needs. Strong project planning, timeline management, and customer communication skills are essential.
Additional requirements:
Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English
Availability to work in the Mexico time zone
Willingness to travel between Mexico and Colombia

Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or related science discipline
- Previous experience from biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced English and Spanish
- Availability to travel for customer presentations, training, and industry events
- Availability to work in Mexico timezone
- Experience in project management/coordination is a plus.
