- Thriving Patient & Surgical Volume: Avg. 570 established/month, 54 new/month, 9 retina surgeries/month

- Collaborative Call Coverage: ~6.5 weekends/year across regional retina providers

- $400,000 Base Salary

- Lucrative Production Bonus (30% of net collections once threshold is met)
