Description

Maintain and enhance quality and security of healthcare data for Customers and Clients. Apply Data Management & Data Governance policies, perform data analysis, data profiling & root cause analysis (RCA) of data quality issues and create visualization stories. Use statistical analysis, object-oriented programming, data mining/model building, business intelligence, data visualization and data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau. Use database platforms such as Hadoop, AWS Cloud, MS SQL, Oracle and Teradata DB to access data. Perform data mining & build Machine Learning (ML) models to identify data patterns and predict outliers. Recommend actions to improve data strategy and operating procedures. Collaborate with the Marketing & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams to achieve Customer acquisition & retention. Virtual/Work from home benefit available.

Requirements

Position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics and Project Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience in data analysis, or a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics and Project Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience in data analysis. Experience must include Hadoop, AWS Cloud, MS SQL, Oracle, Teradata DB, SQL, Python, Tableau and Machine Learning (ML).
