Your new role
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy finance team. Working within a medium to large business environment, you will be responsible for ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time.Key responsibilities include:

• Processing high-volume supplier invoices
• Matching, batching, and coding invoices
• Managing supplier queries and reconciliations
• Preparing payment runs and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with month-end AP activities and reporting
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience within a medium to large organisation
• Experience processing high-volume invoices
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience using ERP or larger finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Pronto, Dynamics, or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
