Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our finance team supporting clients in the Financial Services (FS) and Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 2-3 years of experience who are seeking a stable career.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and related documentation
• Handle payroll processing and salary preparation
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed

Preferred Experience:
• Educational Qualification: Semi-qualified CA / CMA / equivalent finance qualification
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in the FS or NBFC domain
• Fintech experience will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
