Description
TPF Software Inc. seeks Application Technical Lead (Pembroke Pines, FL & unanticipated locations throughout the US). Create detailed level system design and architecture for the software solution. Develop software code and perform unit testing on the developed code specifically in Banking and Financial Services Domain. Review code to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of deliverable. Analyze business requirements to understand objectives, scope and impact of information technology systems. Provide high level estimation of cost and timelines based on the impact. Convert business requirements into System (Functional and Non-functional) requirements. Serve as an engagement point of contact to the business for all application impact/engagement/consultancy requests. Interact with business analysts and other project managers to understand the business requirements. Conduct requirement walkthrough sessions with the offshore delivery teams to communicate the system requirements to be delivered. Review testing results to ensure that the developed code meets the stated functional requirements. Support Integration and User acceptance testing. Support code deployment process and ensure that the application is stable after the implementation. Support post implementation validation activities for the application. Monitor job runs in production environment during the warranty period. Fix any post implementation issues, during the warranty period with the SLA. Utilize Rally tool to burn the hours as the user story progresses and create the test cases and test results for all the testing related user stories. Guide team members if they face any impediments in completing their assigned user story.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, (any) Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related IT occupation.
Must have:
*5 years of experience with Mainframes using COBOL, JCL, SQL, Easytrieve, Native Stored Procedures.
*5 years of experience with DB2, VSAM, Oracle, Postgres, Tool SPUFI, IBM Data Studio, DB2 Connect, IBM BMC Software Products, ChangeMan, CA7, Endeavor, File-Aid, FTP, Platinum, IBM File Manager, NDM, HP Quality Center (QC), Jira, SQL Developer, Eclipse, Visual Studio.
