Description

Responsibility:

• Responsible for the development, maintenance and in-depth service of retail distribution channels such as banks and brokers in East China region, e.g. Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province, etc., to ensure the achievement of the sales targets set by the Company
• Organize and carry out professional fund product training, market roadshows and client exchange activities for channel account managers and high net worth clients, effectively conveying the company's investment philosophy and brand value
• Deeply understand channel needs and market dynamics, collect and feedback competitive information in a timely manner, and provide first-line support for product strategy and marketing
• Establish and maintain channel customer service files in accordance with company management requirements, ensure complete and accurate information, and provide professional after-sales support

• 负责所辖区域内（江苏、安徽等）银行、券商等零售分销渠道的开拓、维护与深度服务,确保完成公司下达的销售目标
• 针对渠道客户经理及高净值客户,组织并开展专业的基金产品培训、市场路演及客户交流活动,有效传递公司投资理念与品牌价值
• 深入理解渠道需求与市场动态,及时收集并反馈竞争信息,为产品策略和营销提供一线支持
• 按照公司管理要求,建立并维护渠道客户服务档案,确保信息完整准确,并提供专业的售后支持

Requirement：

• Bachelor's degree or above, relevant professional background in finance, economics, marketing, etc.
• 3 years or more of sales experience in the financial industry, preferably in the channel sales of public funds, securities companies or personal banking/private banking sector
• Familiar with the domestic banking and brokerage system and business operations, possess the negotiation skills and public speaking ability of state-owned large commercial banks and national joint-stock bank branches, and can adapt to high-frequency travel
• Strong self-motivation, results orientation, strong stress tolerance, good teamwork
• AMAC Fund Certificate

• 本科及以上学历,金融、经济、市场营销等相关专业背景
• 3年及以上金融行业销售经验,具备公募基金、证券公司或银行个人金融/私人银行部门的渠道销售优先
• 熟悉国内银行及券商体系与业务运作,拥有国有大型商业银行、全国性股份制银行分行渠道服务谈判技巧及公开演讲能力,能适应高频出差
• 具备强烈的自我驱动力、结果导向意识及优秀的抗压能力,拥有良好的团队协作精神
• 具备基金从业资格
