Description
Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Manager, helping coordinate vendors, purchases, invoices, utilities, and property-related projects.Key Responsibilities
• Contact and coordinate vendors, contractors, suppliers, and utility companies.
• Request quotes and follow up on scheduled work and services.
• Assist with purchasing materials and supplies, including registering all purchases and purchase orders in the system.
• Assist with uploading and reviewing invoices.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, quotes, purchases, and project documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager.
Requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and suppliers.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Experience with property management, purchasing, or vendor coordination is a plus.
