Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst to lead both AI-related initiatives and traditional Listing IT workflow/process system implementation projects. The role will work closely with Listing business teams, IT, vendors and other stakeholders to deliver practical, well-governed and user-centric technology solutions, including workflow platforms, case management systems, document repositories, reporting tools, automation solutions and AI-enabled use cases.

Responsibilities:
Project Management and System Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives and Listing IT workflow/process system implementation projects, covering scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
- Manage projects involving workflow automation, case management, document management, reporting, system integration, dashboards, process optimization and AI-enabled decision support.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Listing users, IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, vendors and external service providers, and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
- Define project scope, success measures, delivery roadmap, implementation plan, testing approach, rollout strategy and post-implementation support arrangements.
- Analyze Listing workflows, pain points, control requirements, data flows and system needs, and identify both AI and non-AI improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, functional specifications, process maps, data/interface requirements, access control requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Support workflow re-engineering, system design review, data migration planning, integration analysis, business case preparation and prioritization of system enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and user review sessions, and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, model/user validation, defect triage, go-live readiness, rollout and adoption tracking.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, operating procedures, change communications and other documentation to support implementation and adoption.
- Act as a trusted liaison between business users, technical teams, senior management, vendors and external partners on AI and Listing IT system projects.
- Promote disciplined and responsible technology delivery, including attention to data quality, security, privacy, access control, audit trail, resilience, operational readiness, regulatory considerations and responsible use of AI.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of combined project management and business analysis experience, preferably in financial institutions, regulatory environments, exchange operations or client-facing technology projects.
- Proven track record in large-scale technology implementation, transformation or workflow/process system projects involving internal and external users.
- Experience in Listing or regulatory systems, case management, document management, operational platforms, workflow automation, AI, data analytics or digital transformation is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze business processes, define requirements, assess improvement opportunities and translate complex business needs into practical system solutions.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall delivery, requirements management, functional specifications, data migration, system interfaces, access controls, audit trail, testing, rollout and production support.
- Good understanding of AI project considerations, including data readiness, model evaluation, user validation, governance, risk controls, human oversight and change management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills, with experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Excel, SQL, Power BI or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of Listing, regulatory, compliance, issuer-related or capital markets processes would be an advantage; proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
