- Associate Veterinarian NO Conveyor Belt Appointments
Description
LOOKING FOR ASSOCIATE VETERINARIANS
(Yes, real medicine. No conveyor-belt appointments.)
Are you a veterinarian who didn’t survive vet school, boards, internships, and the mental exhaustion of this profession just to spend your day working like a machine?
Same.
Animal Hospital at Thorndale is a private, woman owned veterinary hospital looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian who wants to practice thoughtful, high-quality medicine in an environment built around collaboration and longevity.
THE MEDICINE
Wellness, urgent care, and medical workups.
Surgical and complex case exposure.
Advanced diagnostics and treatment planning.
Daily collaboration with board-certified specialists.
The ability to actually think through cases, not rush through.
Medicine that keeps you growing.
Medicine that reminds you why you became a doctor in the first place.
THE SUPPORT
Full-time 32 hours per week.
Dedicated Patient Care Coordinator support for callbacks, medication refills, follow-up communication, and client coordination so you can be a doctor.
Skilled, certified technicians who know how to keep doctors moving efficiently.
An independently owned hospital where medicine comes before metrics.
THE ENVIRONMENT
Collaborative medical team.
Board-certified specialists in surgery, radiology, and emergency/critical care available for case discussion and mentorship.
Real teamwork without corporate red tape.
Humor, support, and level heads on the hard days.
This is not a hospital where doctors practice on islands.
THE PAY & PERKS
Competitive compensation.
Full benefits package.
Long-term investment in our doctors, not just filling a schedule.
A hospital designed for sustainability in a profession that often forgets that matters.
(Passion matters. So does protecting your career from burnout.)
