Over time, the CIO will lead and mentor the broader investment team — research analysts, portfolio specialists, and operational support — and elevate the firm's collective investment fluency.
The ideal candidate combines institutional investment expertise with the entrepreneurial drive to build a function from a small base, the consultative presence to win and retain advisors and HNW clients, and the intellectual honesty to update on evidence and build consensus across a collaborative team.

- Contribute to firm growth by establishing GoalVest as a credible investment authority across the RIA ecosystem and HNW community
- Lead and mentor the investment team over time - research analysts, portfolio specialists, and operational support - aligned to firm growth
- Establish research processes, investment committee governance, and decision-making cadence
- Mentor advisors on investment topics and elevate the firm's collective investment fluency Thought Leadership & External Voice
