Description

John Knox Village of Florida (JKV), headquartered in Pompano Beach, is seeking an operationally competent, person-centered leader to serve as its next Chief Operating Officer (COO). John Knox Village is a 70-acre Life Plan Community with annual net revenues of over $86.5 million and more than 665 employees.  
 
Reporting to the CEO, the COO will be responsible for clinical and non-clinical operations across John Knox Village. The COO will assess the effectiveness of the existing organizational structure and recommend improvements to the CEO and Board that promote operational excellence, organizational efficiency, and high-quality care delivery. In addition, the COO will support the organizational initiatives and support efforts to create a seamless and consistent experience for residents across the full continuum.
