About Your Company
King Deux is looking for a COO that oversees operations in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Dubai for a growing asset manager. Ideal candidate will come from product management / investor relations / fundraising background and work alongside C-suite in the development of business. Office presence is in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the UAE with existing LP networks globally.
About your role
- Oversee the overall firm's operation, finance and compliance function by leading a team across Asia Pacific and directly report to the senior partners of the firm
- Support CEO in business development and product development roadmap
- Drive in fundraising / investor relations and win over mandates from major global LPs (endowments, pension funds, family offices)
What you will need to succeed
- Fluent English and Mandarin
- 10+ years operation experience in leading asset management company, with exposure to multi-asset classes (i.e. equity, fixed income , private equity and etc.)
- Unconditional Responsible Officer 4,9
- Solid experience in fundraising / product management within buyside and knowledge on the Operation/ Finance / Compliance work steams for asset management company along with product management / investor relations background
- Entrepreneurship thinking with global aspiration
- Passionate, proactive, quick learning and be able to work under pressure
