Commercial Manager sought by E4A Solutions, LLC in Houston, TX to support the commercial strategy & execution for 
E4A Solutions service & solutions portfolio. Min Req: Bachelor's deg in electrical engg, or rltd field, or foreign equiv deg.
24 mos of exp in commercial mgmt, contract mgmt, or project controls, preferably in engg, construction, infrastructure, 
power, or data center envmts. Strong understanding of contract structures (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, change orders). Strong 
understanding of project delivery models (EPC, commissioning services, maintenance prgms, equipment supply). Knowl 
of substation & power plant scope elements (switchgear/switchyards, protection relays, SCADA/communications, 
testing/commissioning, fiber n/works). Strong fin'l acumen (pricing, margin, cash flow, cost drivers, risk/contingency). Send
